Your missions with our clients

• Responsibility for delivery with teams of 5 to 15 people.
• Management of one or more client accounts.
• Participation in sales processes and business development.

Your missions within the company

With a strong interest in entrepreneurship, you will participate in or coordinate task forces on cross-cutting topics (recruitment, participation in the performance process, communication, training, relationship with schools, etc.).

Your missions with our teams

• Supervision and management of teams.
• Mentoring and support to help our consultants grow.
• Evaluation of consultants working on projects under your responsibility.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting.
• Significant experience in team management and IT project management.
• Very good Mastery of English.
• Curiosity, versatility, and good adaptability.
• Pedagogy, patience, and efficiency in problem-solving.
• Appetite for technology, design, and application architecture.
• Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Architect certifications are a plus.
